1. SHIPPING METHOD & SHIPPING DURATION

We use the following courier services:

1. JNE – Local Indonesian orders - 2 to 5 working days
2. TIM EKSPRESS & DHL – International orders - 7 to 15 working days

We ship orders on Monday – Friday, cut offs at 3pm. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Gojek orders will only be shipped between 10am-1pm, Monday – Friday. Same-day orders on gojek delivery will only be shipped when the payment and order is paid before 1pm. Please make sure that you are around to receive your package.

2. SHIPPING SCHEDULE

When placing your order on www.andallstudios.com, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Saturday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on Sundays and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 (one) day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. We will ship the order on the next day. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.

3. SHIPPING FEE

When you checkout, live shipping rates will be automatically indicated. Shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after you have checked out. Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

4. SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

5. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped via your preferred courier,you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information (for those opting with tracked mailing). Your tracking information can also be found by logging in your account and viewing your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days from the day the order was shipped (for local and international orders) in exchange for the website's Store Credit only. We do not issue cash refunds.

Sale, pre-orders, discounted (using coupon code) and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable. We do not accept complaints without video proof. We kindly recommend you to record a clear video before opening the package for claims, returns or exchanges- in case you received faulty goods.

For exchanges and returns, our team will issue you store credits to your account after you have completed the return portal (for domestic returns) or filled the return form (for international returns), sent back the item(s), and our warehouse team has received the return. Please allow up to 24 hours after the warehouse team has received the item for the store credit to appear in your account.

You may use the store credit to place another order on the item you would like to be exchanged. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may use the store credit for any other items in our site. There is a one year expiration date in your store credit.

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

FOR EXTRA SAFETY : Take a picture of your parcel being received by the logistics courier for documentation purposes.

REFUNDS

Terms and Conditions:

Refunds can only be done if the negligence is caused by ANDALL team such as:

০ Product received is defected

০ Product received is different from the product ordered and ANDALL cannot replace them with the same identical product as ordered.

Refund Procedure:

1. Refund can only be claimed within 7 days from the day the order was shipped.

2. Contact Customer Service Line/ Whatsapp and Fill the Refund Form

3. Defected products returned to Andall. Shipping fees from the customer to Andall will be refunded as store credits.

4. Andall goes through quality control check and refund will be processed in 7x24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE :

০ We do not issue cash refund. We only issue refunds in form of store credit. Store credits are strictly not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances and are valid for a year after it is issued. Sale, vouchers, coupons, shipping fees, and other promotions will not be returned to your store credit. For example, if you used a SGD $50 voucher on your purchases, it will not be returned. ANDALL reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criteria. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system. Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost (deducted from store credit), or discarded if you do not claim it within 7 days after we notify you.

০ Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being discarded.
